According to a Beliefnet article, which describes the performance as both “legendary” and “surreal,” Dylan and co. are performing at the “‘L’Chaim/To Life’ telethon to raise funds for the orthodox Lubavitcher Chabad organization.”

Dylan has participated in the telethon at least three separate times.
